The Asian Journal of Public Health maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism to uphold the integrity and credibility of the scientific record. All submitted manuscripts are screened using advanced plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality. Authors must ensure that their work is entirely their own, and that all sources, data, and ideas from other researchers are properly cited and referenced. Any manuscript found to contain plagiarized content, duplicate publication, or unethical copying may be rejected outright, and, if discovered post-publication, may be retracted. In cases of serious misconduct, the journal reserves the right to notify the author’s institution and relevant authorities. AJPH encourages authors to maintain high ethical standards and provides guidance on proper citation practices, fostering a culture of honesty, transparency, and academic integrity in public health research.
