The Asian Journal of Public Health is dedicated to maintaining transparency and fairness regarding publication fees. Authors are requested to carefully review the journal’s submission guidelines and fees before submitting their manuscripts.

Submission Fees:
Submission of a manuscript does not require a fee. Any fees are only applicable upon acceptance for publication. -
Article Processing Charges (APC):
Once a manuscript is accepted and the APC is paid, the fees cover editorial processing, peer review management, typesetting, online hosting, and indexing services. -
Refund Conditions:

Non-refundable Situations: Fees paid after final acceptance are non-refundable, even if the author withdraws the manuscript or the article is later rejected due to ethical violations, plagiarism, or withdrawal by the author.

Refundable Situations: Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as payment errors or duplicate payments, and are subject to approval by the journal’s editorial office.

Requesting a Refund:
Authors requesting a refund must submit a written request to the editorial office, providing details of the payment and reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions by the journal are final. -
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding refunds shall be resolved by the editorial board in accordance with the journal’s policies and ethical standards.
