Copyright and Publishing Rights

All articles published in the RBC Journal of Sociology of Health and Illness are the intellectual property of the respective authors, who retain copyright of their work. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the work in all formats and media, including online and print. This license allows the journal to disseminate the research to the global academic community while ensuring that authors maintain ownership and control over their content. Any reuse, reproduction, or distribution of the published material by third parties must include proper attribution to the authors and the journal. The journal upholds ethical publishing standards and respects intellectual property rights, balancing broad access to research with protection of authors’ copyrights.
