Peer Review Policy

The RBC Journal of Sociology of Health and Illness follows a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the highest standards of scholarly quality and integrity. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant field, who provide objective, constructive, and confidential feedback. The journal employs a double-blind review system, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to prevent bias. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Editorial decisions—whether to accept, request revisions, or reject a manuscript—are based solely on the scientific merit, originality, and relevance of the work.
